Peptide dosage chart: units and mL
Conversion tables for reconstituted peptides: concentration for common vial sizes and water volumes, syringe units for an amount, mL to units on a U-100 syringe, and mg to mcg.
These are conversions, not recommendations. For your own numbers, use the peptide calculator.
1. Concentration after mixing
The amount in the vial divided by the water added. Each cell shows mcg per mL, and in brackets mcg per unit on a U-100 syringe.
| Vial | 1 mL water | 2 mL water | 3 mL water |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 mg | 2,000 (20) | 1,000 (10) | 666.67 (6.67) |
| 5 mg | 5,000 (50) | 2,500 (25) | 1,666.67 (16.67) |
| 10 mg | 10,000 (100) | 5,000 (50) | 3,333.33 (33.33) |
| 15 mg | 15,000 (150) | 7,500 (75) | 5,000 (50) |
2. Units on a U-100 syringe for an amount
Units = amount ÷ concentration × 100. The amounts are round examples for the math, not suggestions.
| Amount | 1,000 mcg/mL | 2,000 mcg/mL | 2,500 mcg/mL | 5,000 mcg/mL |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 mcg | 10 U | 5 U | 4 U | 2 U |
| 200 mcg | 20 U | 10 U | 8 U | 4 U |
| 250 mcg | 25 U | 12.5 U | 10 U | 5 U |
| 500 mcg | 50 U | 25 U | 20 U | 10 U |
| 1,000 mcg | 100 U | 50 U | 40 U | 20 U |
3. mL to units
| mL | Units |
|---|---|
| 0.05 mL | 5 U |
| 0.1 mL | 10 U |
| 0.2 mL | 20 U |
| 0.25 mL | 25 U |
| 0.3 mL | 30 U |
| 0.5 mL | 50 U |
| 1 mL | 100 U |
4. mg to mcg
| mg | mcg |

Questions
Is this a dosing chart?
No. Despite the name people search for, every table here is unit conversion: it shows how amounts, water and syringe markings relate. The amounts in the units table are round examples for practising the math, not suggestions. Dosaly never recommends a dose; ask a clinician.
How do I read the units table?
Find the column for your concentration (from the first table, or your own: the vial's amount in mcg divided by the mL of water) and the row for the amount you were told to measure. The cell is the number of units on a U-100 syringe.
My numbers aren't in the tables. What now?
Use the peptide calculator: type the vial amount, the water and the amount, and it shows the units, the mL and the working, with the syringe drawn to the line.
Why are some cells blank?
A cell is blank where the volume would be more than 1 mL, beyond a 100-unit syringe.
